Consistent top producer at RE/MAX, Mary attributes her listing and sales leadership to in-depth knowledge of the real estate market and the ability to understand the unique needs of individual buyers and sellers. Mary purposely represents both buyers and sellers in order to stay current with both of their viewpoints in the ever-changing marketplace.
Mary has lived and worked in some of the world's great countries and traveled to many more. She was enchanted by the exotic culture of Thailand, fascinated by the antiquities of Greece, savored the scenic splendor of Nepal, and was absorbed by the regal aura and extensive history of the British Isles.
With such a rich and extensive background of experience, Mary is more than a little discriminating about her choice of residence. Drawn by the monumental history and culture of Washington, DC, and the beauty of the Virginia countryside, Warrenton was the perfect choice. "It's sophisticated, yet with a small town feel, " Mary says. "It's family oriented, the people are incredibly friendly and there is lots of history, especially in Warrenton's charming "Old Town". She enjoys the vast rolling hills, horse farms, vineyards, parks, lakes and proximity to the Blue Ridge Mountains. "Quite honestly", she says, "I don't know of any place in the area I'd rather be living."
In her spare time, Mary enjoys bridge, visiting antique shops and flea markets, cooking up new "low fat" recipes, wine tasting, movies and most of all spending time with her six year old granddaughter, Amanda.
Please note a portion of Mary's income from each transaction is donated to the Children's Miracle Network and Susan B. Kormen Foundation.
